Cheers

Hello, Hello, Hello!!! It is Thursday and you know what that means....another DT creation to share with you for 4 Crafty Chicks.  Lori is our hostess this week and she is bring us a good challenge.  For Challenge #287 she would like us to break out our Gingham.

It was a challenge for me.  I had to dig deep into my paper stash to find some gingham.  I think this works or I hope so.  It was a challenge for me to make a masculine card again this week but I hope with this bird it works.  The die is fabulous but I find it is hard to see with a dark color all of the details. It is also shocking look very close no embossing from me.

We would love to have you join us chicks at 4 Crafty Chicks for our Gingham challenge

Thanks for stopping by and for the comments.  They always bring joy to my heart.

In Stitches

Good Morning! My card for Creative Knockouts is coming.  I have been nasty sick since last Thursday and have not been able to craft or even color.

We are on Challenge #129 - In Stitches real or faux stitching on your cards. Easy Peazy stitching can just add that little pop to our designs.  I used faux stitching.

Our sponsor this week is The Paper Shelter and I would like to thank them for letting me use this image for creating with Autumn Love.  It is never hard to be inspired by these images. (A huge apology to our sponsor and my team mates for the lateness of my creation).

Best Buds

Wow already on the 3rd week of February.  I have been working very hard lately on some afghans that are being given as birthday presents to two of my friends. A fitting challenge for this week I think.

Over at 4 Crafty Chicks I am your hostess with the mostess for Challenge #286 and my challenge to you all is to show create something about FRIENDSHIP.   The image up above is one I have had for quite sometime.  I had a blast coloring them up with my copic's and digging deep in my paper stash for some pattern paper. he stitched dies are from My Favorite Things and I thought the embossing would give it a little pop.  Hope you like this creation.

My fellow DT friends have some amazing creations to share with you this week.  Please join us at 4 Crafty Chicks and take a peek at their inspiration too.

Thanks for visiting and your comments they are both appreciated.

Help Comes From The Lord.

Welcome back to my blog. Today's inspiration is made for 4 Crafty Chicks.  Our wonderful multi talented hostess is Tina.  For Challenge #284 Tina would like us to break out our BLING.

My design is made with all Stampin Up paper, memento ink, verve stamp, My Favorite Things die and Stampin Up Die.  I found this flourish pearls and it gorgeous and thought it would look very nice on here.  Sadly I realized that the sticky stuff on these pearls gets old and they don't stick.  There was much time picking pearls off or trying to glue them back in place.  Moral of my story.  Use them before they get too old and don't stick any more.

Please come on over to 4 Crafty Chicks and show us your BLING.

Thanks for sharing my latest work with me.

Hello! How are you today? Our day is going very good. Super excited to have been visiting with my sister-in-law and family this weekend. Our daughter has also got to see one her friends skate this weekend. Very nice to have people come and visit and we are blessed that their skating competitions brought them in our direction. Very grateful for the visits.

The card above is made with Stampin Up paper and colored with Copics.  I use the rectangle stitch die from My Favorite Things, the stamp is Bugaboo, flowers, butterfly punch and the pearls for a little pop.

Hugs & Kisses

Good morning! I am super excited that we will have company this coming weekend.  Hopefully they will still be coming tonight.  I feel so blessed with having people come and visit with us since our move.  It just so happens that their is a skating competition this weekend in Wainwright and that is what brings them here.  We just feel so lucky and that we get to see two beautiful girls skate this coming weekend.  Enough of that I better just get onto why I am here.

Super excited to be sharing my post with you for Leanne's challenge.  For Challenge #284 at 4 Crafty Chicks Leanne would like to see creation about LOVE.  The pattern paper is from Doodlebug. The flower punch is Martha Stewarts, pearls and the ribbon is Stampin Up. Crisp lines and 7 layers.

Please come and join us for our 284 challenge at 4 Crafty Chicks.  We want to see what you create with LOVE.
